Website Creation

Each project includes a revision round at key stages – the wireframe, first draft, and final draft – so you can request changes and make sure the website feels right before launch. Revisions cover things like text edits, image swaps, and minor layout tweaks, not full redesigns.

When your website is ready, it needs to be “hosted” (this is what makes it live on the web) and given a “domain name” (e.g. www.my-website.com). You can either buy your own hosting plan & domain services and do your own site maintenance (if you are tech-savvy), or I can handle all of this for you.

To keep your site secure and running smoothly, it’s important to update plugins and take regular backups. I can handle this for you, or you can choose to do it yourself – I’ll provide step-by-step instructions if you’d prefer that option.

Step 1

You tell me your vision, and I give you a free quote, based on the complexity of the project and its estimated timeframe.

Step 2

I’ll create a simple “wireframe” – a basic layout plan showing what goes where on each page. Alongside this, we’ll agree on a colour scheme. Think of it as a template: it gives you a clear picture of the design before the full build begins.

Step 3

Once the design is approved, I’ll build your website. This is where the agreed layout and colour scheme come to life as a fully functional site.

    If you’d rather not handle your own hosting and domain connection, I will add you to my hosting plan and set up your domain name, making your site live and ready to use.

  • Ongoing Maintenance (Optional)
    For a small monthly fee, I can make regular backups of your website, ensure all the plugins used to create it are updated, and test that everything is continuing to run smoothly.

What I don't offer

  • eCommerce or Online Shops
    I focus on non-retail websites, perfect for showcasing your work or services, not for processing sales or inventory. I do not integrate any payment-taking systems on your website.

  • Membership Systems or Booking Platforms
    I can integrate simple forms, but advanced user systems or custom apps aren’t part of my services.

  • Custom Plugin Development or Coding from Scratch
    My sites are built using WordPress and Elementor Free; fast, flexible, and cost-effective without heavy coding.

  • Email Marketing Automation or CRM Integrations
    I set up contact forms to send messages to your e-mail inbox, but don’t set up complex automation systems.

Post-Design Options

Once your website is made, it must be hosted, given a domain name, and maintained.

Independent

(Tech-savvy)

I will use the “Duplicator” plugin to create backup files of your website, which I will send to you on completion. You will buy your own hosting & domain services, migrate the website, and carry out your own regular maintenance.

(Beginner-friendly)

I will handle everything – hosting, domain, migration, and maintenance. I will regularly create backups of your site, update all the plugins used, and ensure everything continues running smoothly.

Assisted

(Tech-savvy)

I will recommend a hosting & domain service. You buy your own hosting plan and give me admin access to it, where I will install WordPress, migrate your website and get everything up and running. I will then send you instructions for maintenance, which you will carry out in perpetuity.

Please note: Prices are additional to the design quote. Regardless of which option you choose, you must pay a monthly or yearly fee for hosting & domain services, whether that’s to me, or another hosting / domain provider. The “Complete” option includes this fee, as your site will be on my hosting plan.

Graphic Arts

I offer creative graphic design services to enhance your website, focusing on practical and visually appealing elements rather than full branding or marketing. My work includes producing clean, effective visuals such as banners, flyers, custom website graphics, and illustrative artwork, along with basic image / photo edits to refine your content. Perfect for adding professional polish and personality to your site.

Please note: Web design quotes cover the website itself. Any extra graphic design (such as illustrations, e-flyers, or bespoke artwork) is offered separately and billed in addition to the web design service.
